I booked a holiday to Thailand with Helen from Holidays Please. She has been amazing, from the start communication was second to none. Quick responses, I told her what I wanted and she quickly came back with a perfect holiday. Couldn’t have been more delighted with the service. Then disaster struck with the Iran war and our holiday was cancelled, Helen was like a god given angel. Taking away all pressure and worry from me we had a chat about my options and as I still wanted to get away for a bit of sunshine and a break she booked Egypt for us which was brilliant. I had a bit of a menopausal meltdown the night before going, and sent her a text, she quickly rang me back on a Sunday evening which is way above and beyond what I would expect from an agent, she reassured me and brought my thoughts back in line, I can’t thank her enough, I went on holiday the next day and have never been more pleased at her sense of reasoning. Thailand is now in the process of being booked with her for next year, anyone even slightly wondering should they book themselves or use an agent, please please please contact Helen. She’s amazing. You won’t regret it.

Love love loved our holiday to Egypt!! Spoke to Stacey early January and she got us a cracking 10 day holiday to Egypt for the February school holidays! The sunrise alora spa resort was amazing. I think this is the best holiday we have been on!! We have been booking through Holidays please for the last six years. Debbie is the rep that we liase with, Debbie is warm, friendly, chatty and very helpful. She knows exactly what we look for in our holidays and always gets us the best locations and best hotels. Debbie knows which landmarks and activities that interest us and always ensures we are located within easy reach of accessing them. We don't go on holiday without the help from Debbie. We have booked for Croatia and Rekyavik for 2026, both ideal locations within easy commute to sightseeing interests.
