Hi my name is Dianne and I am a friendly, dedicated Personal Travel Expert based in Murcia, Spain.

Many years ago, I decided to set off on an adventure and explore the world solo, before moving to Edinburgh to begin my professional journey in travel, where I had a successful and fulfilling career in the travel industry running my own travel agency. I am so grateful for the opportunities this line of work has given me, and that my expertise has enhanced other people's travel experiences; It is incredible that I've been able to form a profession from what I love doing most in the world.

My career thus far has had numerous highlights, including earning my spot on incentive trips to 8 countries across 3 continents, and winning multiple performance-based awards. I have gained insight into the process, product and customer service aspects of the industry. I definitely attribute my success to my underlying passion for travel and learning, but also my love of talking to people and forming relationships - many of my customers feel like friends and being sent holiday snaps from their trips makes me smile.

I've personally travelled to over 50 countries across 6 continents (just Antarctica to get to!) and have specialised in South & Central America, South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and South Africa but feel confident that I can tailor the perfect trip to any destination worldwide. I have experience in booking a wide variety of customers, from corporate clients to honeymooners, family holidays, and the long-awaited trips of a lifetime.
