Abama Golf & Spa Resort is set upon the West coast of Tenerife in Guia de Isora. A 160 hectare private estate, Abama Golf & Spa Resort is beautifully surrounded by palm trees, plants and scenic landscape. Guests can enjoy splendid views and take advantage of Abama Beach, the resort's own private secluded beach.

There are 469 rooms split into the Complex and Villas. From Deluxe Rooms to Imperial Suites, guests can enjoy spectacular views from their private balcony or terrace of the either the Atlantic Ocean, golf course, and Tiede volcano. Rooms are furnished elegantly and feature marble bathrooms and luxury amenities.

For the ultimate in your stay at Abama Golf & Spa Resort, guests can choose to stay in one of the Tagor Villas, exclusively for adults only. Here you will have privacy in a calm environment and stay in deluxe two bedroom villas. Set in tropical garden setting, guests have direct pool access and can experience the world class service Abama has.

There are 10 restaurants and 3 bars for you to choose from during your stay here, one of these is the Michelin awarded restaurants; M.B. There is an impressive array of cuisine to sample from Argentinean, Italian to Seafood and Tapas. La Veranda also serves a delicious daily buffet where guests have a pick of 150 different specialities. New for 2016 is Martin Bersategui restaurant TXOKO offering an experimental take on traditional spanish cuisine.

There are 7 swimming pools and 2 natural pools at the resort. Guests can relax by the private beach and enjoy views overlooking nearby La Gomera island. For active guests, there is an impressive 18 holf gold course with 22 lakes and 7 tennis courts.

The resort has its own boutique shop featuring various high end fashion brands catering towards both men and women. There is also a chance to buy everyday essentials in the Bazar shop and a selection of beauty products from the spa boutique.

The Spa at Abama, offers an extensive range of spa and beauty treatments, yoga, massage and tailor made packages for guests to pamper and indulge themselves. The Spa also boasts one of the few cold plunge pools in Europe, which will refresh the body.
