Secrets The Vine aims to fulfil your every wish with unlimited luxury that will exceed your expectations and will include all the amenities you would expect from a world-class resort. Some of these luxurious touches include a welcome sparkling wine and a cooling towel on arrival, a private concierge on call 24/7 and chic accommodations with views of the Caribbean Sea.

Complementary wireless internet and full breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are provided each day and guests can enjoy unlimited natural fruit juices and top shelf spirits in the eight bars and lounges. Waiter service is provided by the pool and on the beach and there are daytime and night time activities to keep you amused as well as nightly entertainment.

Secrets The Vine has 495 suites and rooms all furnished with beautiful teak wood furniture and Italian porcelain floors. The rooms all include a private terrace or balcony and luxury bathroom as well as a complimentary mini bar and one king or two queen size beds.

The spa at the resort is simply stunning and spans over 12,500 feet offering a choice of pampering options including the latest hydrotherapy and indigenous treatments. Treat yourself to a seaweed wrap, Swedish massage or Secrets Exclusive Facial or the two of you can enjoy a massage side by side in a relaxing private treatment area. The Moon & Stars Massage lets you enjoy a Swedish massage whilst listening to the ocean lapping the shore followed by fine champagne and passion fruits.

The Secrets The Vine resort gives you the option to dine in a choice of six a la carte restaurants, a buffet, cafe and you can enjoy a delicious meal in your room or suite. The Barefoot Grill offers light snacks and sandwiches whilst the Bluewater Grill serves up mouth-watering grilled meat dishes and seafood. At Dragons Oriental Dining you can sample Far East cuisine or head to the Market Cafe for a Mexican buffet. Italian, Mediterranean and coffee and pastries are all on offer in resort too and if you want to head out for a night out at another resort this can be arranged too.

The activities at the Secrets The Vine resort are extensive so you can fill your days with as many things to do as you like. Complementary green fees at the nearby Playa Mujeres Golf Club are included and there is a fully equipped fitness centre. Weekly themed parties give you the opportunity to let your hair down and live nightly entertainment is the perfect way to spend an evening. Beach walks, dance lessons, yoga and mixology and cocktail classes are all on offer and optional extras such as tours and excursions can be arranged for you as well as scuba diving and other water sports.

"The weather in October is hot and humid. Definitely ok to go and sunbathe pleasantly in. The beach/water is just perfect and essential for cooling off! There may be the odd rainstorm which only ever lasts literally 5 mins and gives you a chance to nip for a drink under the shade!"

I couldn't recommend Secrets the Vine highly enough! No hidden charges, everything is included and staff simply could not do enough for us! Beautiful hotel in a central location with everything on site! Pools, spa, variety of restaurants and bars, entertainment - everything was perfect!
